Responsibilities:

  • Resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism
  • Collaborate with kitchen, ownership, and market teams
  • Oversee labor, scheduling, cost controls, and guest satisfaction
  • Cultivate a positive, passionate, and performance-driven culture
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in restaurant management (fine dining or high-volume preferred)
  • Solid grasp of cost control, labor strategy, scheduling, and training
  • Proficiency in POS systems, safety protocols, and compliance
  • Reliable transportation + open availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Must wear non-slip shoes (not provided)
  • Wine knowledge and Italian culinary experience highly valued
Physical & Sensory Requirements:
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs (above shoulders, at waist, and below waist)
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and climb step stools
  • Handle raw, fresh, and allergenic foods (dairy, nuts, gluten)
  • Work in hot, cold, and humid environments
  • Excellent vision, hearing, and verbal communication in loud settings
