We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our Legendary Food and Service standards. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guest service and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Review applications, interview, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly staff.
  • Direct work schedules, assign tasks, and manage staffing before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  • Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Provide and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
  • Conduct formal line Taste & Temps assessments.
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests.
  • Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory checks.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals.
