Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to support daily operations across our fine dining restaurants located within The Club at Bella Collina. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, employee-focused, and has a strong working knowledge of both Jonas and Shift4 systems. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in an elevated dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Restaurant Operations in overseeing daily operations across our fine dining restaurants which include poolside service and snack bar
• Lead and inspire front-of-house staff with a focus on team engagement, training, and performance development
• Ensure impeccable service standards and uphold the club’s commitment to luxury hospitality
• Utilize Jonas software for reporting and POS-related functions
• Operate and troubleshoot Shift4 systems for seamless financial transactions
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
• Assist with inventory management and cost control
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
• Secure property at end of the day
• Run end of day procedures and input data
• Be capable of expediting food as necessary
• Provide staff with up-to-date information of weekly goals and events through daily stand-up meetings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, ideally in a fine dining or country club environment
• Strong proficiency with Jonas Club Software and Shift4 is preferred
• High level of comfort with restaurant technology and digital systems (POS, reporting, scheduling, etc.)
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for employee development and team culture
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanor
• Night/Closing and weekend availability is required
• ServSafe or equivalent certification is preferred
• Familiarity with bar operations is preferred
