Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Coach, develop, and mentor hourly employees to build a strong team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.
• Assist with managing labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Ensure smooth and efficient shifts in a high-volume environment.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve operational goals.

We’re working with an established restaurant operator in the Millegdeville area that is looking to add a strong Restaurant Manager to their leadership team. Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $58K to $60K depending on experience
