Job summary

Mottai Miami in Coral Gables is seeking experienced bussers and food runners to join our front-of-house team at a refined Japanese restaurant. This role requires poise, attentive service, and a passion for hospitality.

You’ll support servers, maintain a clean station, and help manage guest flow to deliver a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with management to ensure service quality, with opportunities to grow your hospitality skills.

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced and professional Bussers and Food Runnersto join the front-of-house team of our upscale restaurant. This role requires poise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll be responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience, working closely with the management and service team to ensure every detail reflects the quality and standards of our brand.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a busser or food runner in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Ability to balance high-volume service with refined and attentive guest interaction
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in English
• Calm, solutions-oriented, and gracious under pressure
• Basic knowledge ofPOS systems
• Formal hospitality training or certifications are a plus
• Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
