Restaurant Manager – Upscale Miami River Restaurant

We are seeking a polished, service‑driven Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations in a high‑end, fast‑paced dining environment along the Miami River. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong presence on the floor, exceptional guest‑relations skills, and a passion for delivering elevated dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily floor operations with a strong focus on personalized guest service.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, ensuring service excellence and swift resolution of guest needs.
  • Oversee reservation management, table flow, VIP coordination, and guest pacing.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop front‑of‑house team members to uphold luxury service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and bar leadership to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance standards in a high‑volume environment.
  • Uphold brand standards, presentation, and hospitality culture.
