Job summary

The Eagle Pittsburgh, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager. You will help lead the back-of-house operation, uphold quality and hospitality, and support the Kitchen Manager in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, ensuring recipe adherence, maintaining safety and sanitation, and upholding brand standards across the group’s concepts.

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Eagle, our food and beer hall, serving Southern fried chicken and sides, is looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager. The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the kitchen through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant Kitchen Manager reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
