Restaurant Manager

Lead a team to deliver high-quality food and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Model operational standards and execute critical behaviors to run great shifts.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and achieving excellence.
• Foster team engagement through recognition and communication.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, food and restaurant safety regulations.
• Train staff on restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Execute shift planning, scheduling, training, daily routines, and opening/closing.
• Manage cash handling and critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and labor.

Job Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of operations, recruiting, scheduling, food planning & preparation, sanitation, food quality, and security.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and drive for excellence.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Pass required certified sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work 50+ hour weeks, rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
