We are seeking an experienced foodservice professional with a passion for high-volume operations, food safety, and leadership. The role is based at Bradley International Airport (BDL).
Responsibilities
- Oversee front and back of house operations, supervise and evaluate team members, and ensure task completion.
- Maintain food quality and safety standards, ensure recipe adherence, and comply with safety regulations.
- Manage costs, including food and labor expenses.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and office functions such as scheduling and payroll.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance monitoring.
- Address routine issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment with bar.
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or an associate's degree preferred.
