Are you an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume operations, a commitment to food safety, and strong leadership skills?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager at Bradley International Airport (BDL). If you thrive in a fast-paced food environment and are ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage All Front of House and Kitchen Activities: Supervise and evaluate team member performance, ensure task completion, and provide feedback, including disciplinary actions.
  • Focus on the Food: Maintain food quality and standards, recipe adherence, portion control, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Cost Control: Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Recruit, train, and communicate with team members. Develop daily goals and maintain guest service standards fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Systems and Processes: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health standards.
  • Merchandising and Displays: Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signage, and monitor inventory.
  • Office Management: Manage funds, media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in monitoring sales performance through reports and market analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience & Technical Training: Minimum three years of restaurant management experience in a General Manager role, with full-service restaurant experience required. Culinary background is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Strong organizational skills for managing activities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively at all levels, resolve conflicts, and work with diverse teams.
