Corner16 is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for one of their Knoxville locations!

A Manager is a leader who plays an important role in supporting and making decisions for our restaurants. This individual should be organized and possess excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establishes Guest Service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
• Responds to Guest complaints and resolves them in a way that ensures the Guest will return quickly and leaves happy.
• Assists the Management Team with recruiting, retaining, training, and developing FOH/BOH staff dedicated to delivering high hospitality standards.
• Helps execute plans to improve the Guest experience and increase loyalty.
• Supports achieving targeted budgets, goals, and objectives.
• Participates in community involvement programs and marketing efforts.
• Helps ensure profitability by operating within cost guidelines without compromising quality and service.
• Assists in controlling operating expenses like utilities and small-wares.
• Promotes safety by being alert and addressing hazards.
• Ensures all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and timely, including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment forms.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining.
• Strong leadership qualities with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and develop teams effectively.
