Job summary

Saltgrass Steak House is seeking an experienced restaurant manager in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will lead the front-of-house team, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee cost control while maintaining rigorous standards for safety and compliance.

The role requires at least 2+ years in a similar position with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience required.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; advanced financial understanding preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills essential.
• Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Utilizes leadership skills to motivate staff and manage costs and labor.
• Monitors sanitation, safety, and liquor compliance across the operation.
• Ensures daily paperwork accuracy such as sales summaries, petty cash, and payroll records.

• Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
