Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Robert's Pizza and Dough Company. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and fostering a positive work environment for our team that translates to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team management, guest experience, financial and operational performance.
  2. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
  3. Coordinate and schedule the team to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special events.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
  5. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues satisfactorily.
  6. Implement and oversee health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  7. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute training strategies to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
  8. Work with the General Manager on marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract more guests.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting as needed.
  10. Bring a passion for food, beverages, and a love for pizza!

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience is required.
  • Multi-unit management experience is a plus.
