Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise location is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and a team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, while ensuring brand standards and food safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and Serv Safe certification. Flexible hours including weekends/holidays are required.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Serv Safe Certification is required.

What You’ll Do

As a Dunkin' Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, responsible for:

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!)

• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
