Job summary

Dunkin' in New Jersey is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage daily operations, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and ensure food safety and brand standards while driving sales through cost control and marketing initiatives. Strong leadership and SERV SAFE certification are desired.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus)
• SERV SAFE Certified
