Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations in a high-sales, full-service environment. You will coach and develop teams of 30+ employees while focusing on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will oversee scratch kitchen execution, monitor labor and costs, hire and train staff, uphold safety standards, and drive brand standards to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
