The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will coach a team of 30+ colleagues, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure culinary and financial targets are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
