The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking an experienced culinary manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service environment. You will mentor a team of 30+ employees and ensure adherence to recipes, standards, and safety policies while driving efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
• Bonus Eligible: Quarterly performance bonus
• Compensation may include geographic differential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
