Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are maintained at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Review applications, interview, and make hiring recommendations
  • Set work hours, weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
  • Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals

Minimum Requirements:
