Job summary

The Post Oak in Katy, Texas, is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting. You will lead a front-of-house team, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize labor and costs while ensuring compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high‑volume restaurant management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven work history.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction with a hands-on, Do Whatever It Takes leadership style.
• Leads and motivates staff to manage costs and labor.
• Inspects the establishment and monitors compliance with safety, health, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll records.
