Serving fresh seafood and tropical drinks, with live entertainment daily. Established in 1992 - We are a fun, casual, and busy restaurant located directly facing the ocean.

We are looking for a high energy and positive FOH restaurant manager that enjoys working outside in a fast paced environment with a large staff.

Job Description

• Run all FOH operations
• Responsible for managing the team to achieve success
• Ensure high food quality and consistency in all dishes served
• Ensure we have 100% guest satisfaction
• Keep employee morale high and bring the fun to work every day
• Be a positive leader
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and health inspections
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Restaurant Management or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Management and Hospitality
• Experience in food service management and fine dining establishments
• ServSafe Certified and familiar with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles
• Passion for customer service
  
  

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
