Job Summary

Do you have a passion for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience? Perkins American Food Co. is looking for a Restaurant Manager who is dedicated, ambitious, and seeks opportunities to grow their career. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.

Responsibilities

  1. Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  2. Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests at all times
  3. Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures
  4. Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff
  5. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
  3. ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  5. Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  8. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
