Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will help train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong, reliable leader with experience managing people and a restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
2. Train and manage employees and shifts
3. Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
4. Maintain food, sales, and labor budget expectations set by GM
5. Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
6. Maintain clean, organized, and guest-oriented shifts

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma/GED
2. Previous restaurant management experience
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and Toast POS software
4. Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
5. Excellent management and leadership skills
6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
7. Manager food handling certification required (can get after hiring)
8. Spanish preferred but not required
