The Restaurant Manager ensures top Food and Beverage service, supervises staff, and maintains standards across outlets, including Pool Operations and Tillies, with potential assignments to other outlets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shifts, manage overall operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas.
• Supervise food and beverage quality and service.
• Manage bar controls and inventory.
• Control costs and monitor budgets.
• Participate in scheduling, forecasting, and payroll processing.
• Oversee supply orders and maintenance requests.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and staff training.
• Handle guest comments and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and staff relations.
• Knowledge of PA liquor laws; familiarity with beer, wine, spirits preferred.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient with computers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid RAMP certification or ability to obtain one.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
