Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking an experienced culinary leader to run daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting in Raleigh, NC. You will mentor a 30+ person culinary team, ensuring scratch kitchen execution, consistent recipes, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full service, scratch kitchen environment preferred.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
• Bonus Eligible: Quarterly performance bonus
• Compensation may include geographic differential

Physical & Schedule Requirements
