The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment in Hawaii. You will coach and develop a 30+ person team, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee food quality and safety while managing labor, costs, and sales targets.

This role offers a competitive annual salary of $62,500 to $70,000, plus a quarterly performance bonus and potential geographic differential.

Compensation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
