Role Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations including food prep, guest relations, and service standards.
- Manage the flow of the restaurant during business hours, ensuring all areas meet standards.
- Oversee financial operations, including cash handling, invoice coding, and vendor relations.
- Handle human resources functions related to staff management.
- Forecast inventory needs and manage scheduling for staff groups.
- Develop incentive programs and support sales and marketing efforts.
- Ensure food quality and adherence to recipes.
- Recognize and coach crew members.
- Make labor decisions and participate in hiring processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Preferred: College degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Good employment history.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and reach up to 6 feet.
- Able to navigate narrow aisles and confined spaces.
