Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead daily restaurant operations including food prep, guest relations, and service standards.
  2. Manage the flow of the restaurant during business hours, ensuring all areas meet standards.
  3. Oversee financial operations, including cash handling, invoice coding, and vendor relations.
  4. Handle human resources functions related to staff management.
  5. Forecast inventory needs and manage scheduling for staff groups.
  6. Develop incentive programs and support sales and marketing efforts.
  7. Ensure food quality and adherence to recipes.
  8. Recognize and coach crew members.
  9. Make labor decisions and participate in hiring processes.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Preferred: College degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
  • Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good employment history.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and reach up to 6 feet.
  • Able to navigate narrow aisles and confined spaces.
