As the Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of our management team, supporting our service and developing your crew. You will be the expert for front-of-house operations and partner with the kitchen to deliver quality products and service to each guest.

  • Oversees daily operations, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of food, guest relations, business flow, and service standards.
  • Manages the flow of business during operating hours by being active across all areas of the restaurant to ensure standards are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Handles financial operations such as safe management, change orders, bar banking, tip reconciliation, invoice coding, vendor communication, and troubleshooting variances.
  • Coordinates all human resources related to the crew.
  • Forecasts product needs based on inventory counts.
  • Creates work schedules for at least one team: servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, or supervisors.
  • Contributes to developing incentive programs and sales/marketing initiatives.
  • Ensures all food products meet company recipe and quality standards.
  • Recognizes and coaches crewmembers.
  • Makes labor management decisions each shift.
  • Participates in interviewing and selecting new staff.

Essential Skills / Experience :

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of four years' experience as a manager in any industry.
  • At least two years' experience managing in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
  • College degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven longevity in previous positions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., with typical lifts of 10-20 lbs.
  • Ability to carry loads up to 120 feet.
  • Reaching up to 6 feet tall, with typical reach of 4 feet.
  • Work at counter heights of 36-42 inches.
  • Navigate through 24-inch aisles and spaces as narrow as 12 inches.
