Job summary

Culinary Dropout in Del Mar, CA is hiring immediately for a high-energy restaurant leader. You will manage shifts, schedule, and daily operations to create memorable dining experiences and exceed guest expectations.

Must have 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience and a solid understanding of business operations and financials. Proficiency with POS systems and OpenTable, plus strong leadership to coach and develop a fast-paced team, are essential in this role within our vibrant

• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
