Job summary

Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Dallas, TX. You will lead high-volume operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced venue known for great cocktails and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understanding of business operations and financials.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to create memorable dining experiences and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling and planning.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservations.
