Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage leader to join the Westin Great Southern Columbus team. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, mentor an energetic hospitality team, and partner with culinary colleagues to create memorable guest experiences in a historic hotel setting.

You will drive service excellence, manage costs, and uphold guest-first standards while supporting flexible scheduling and employee development in a renowned downtown property.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Food Handler and TIPS certifications
