Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join The Westin Great Southern Hotel in downtown Columbus, OH. Lead daily restaurant operations, mentor a talented team, and ensure guest-first service that delights guests and drives revenue.

You will collaborate with culinary teams, uphold impeccable standards, and manage costs to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a historic property with modern amenities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• Commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications; Food Manager certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
