Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality and hospitality standards, delivering financial and qualitative success.
  • Balance the needs of guests, employees, and financial partners.
  • Ensure guest and employee needs are attentively fulfilled.
  • Display a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  • Maintain exemplary business appearance.
  • Possess technical expertise in beverage management, kitchen operations, human resources, and front desk operations; train subordinates in these areas.
  • Identify and train subordinate managers for key positions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring health inspection scores are at least 95%.
  • Write and manage financial budgets, review performance regularly, and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Create sales and marketing strategies to grow sales and engage the community, fostering a culture of "Always Marketing".
  • Set a professional example, maintaining a strict code of conduct and professional circle outside the restaurant.
  • Promote ongoing training and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong computer skills, quick learner of new applications.
  • Above-average knowledge of wine, food, and spirits.
  • High integrity, honesty, accountability, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

Minimum credentials include:

  • Passion for hospitality, with a relevant degree preferred.
  • Experience in building customer relationships.
  • Leadership skills to lead by example.
  • Proficiency in MICROS, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
