Job Description
Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture, and managing shift responsibilities.

The work environment includes fast-paced kitchen activities, interaction with customers, and both indoor and outdoor work in varied temperatures, involving food handling, allergens, industrial equipment, and protective gear.

Your Impact And Responsibilities
  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during shifts
  • Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and accountability
  • Enforce policies and safety standards
  • Use tools and logs to support shift management and take corrective actions
  • Direct crewmembers during shifts
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Recognize and reward team members
  • Authorize employee functions requiring managerial approval
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and facility condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements for Success:
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, energetic, with strong communication skills
  • Effective independently and collaboratively
  • Problem recognition, goal setting, and execution skills
  • Knowledge in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
  • Flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel
  • Completion of Raising Cane’s training programs
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must be 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
