Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking a Front of the House Manager for Bakersfield. The Hourly Manager will assist with the overall operation through people, product, quality, and hospitality, reporting to the General Manager.

Must be able to move, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow written and oral instructions. The role emphasizes leading both front and back of house teams, developing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional guest

OUR OPPORTUNITY

Bakersfield, featuring authentic, Mexican street fare, tequila and whiskey, is looking for an experienced Front of the House Manager. The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
