Responsibilities include:

• Managing shifts and daily restaurant operations
• Leading pre-shift meetings, overseeing opening/closing duties, including safety checks and financial reviews
• Ensuring excellent guest and employee experiences
• Providing leadership and fostering our Culture of Caring
• Responding to guest and employee needs promptly
• Assisting in managing costs, driving sales, and supporting financial goals
• Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members
• Managing inventories and supply orders
• Promoting teamwork and professionalism

• Working flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, possibly at multiple sites

Compensation:

USD $55,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 per year
