Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking hardworking, enthusiastic team members in Brewster, MA to deliver fast, friendly service and a great guest experience. You will uphold brand standards, train new teammates, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment on the floor and behind the counter.

As part of our crew, you’ll help achieve guest service goals, support safety and sanitation guidelines, handle in-store promotions, and participate in production and teamwork to maximize guest satisfaction and store

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to develop a great team
• Hire, train and develop employees, communicating job expectations and providing feedback
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and track results
