Job summary

Dunkin' in Massachusetts is seeking energetic individuals to join our team. You will focus on guest service, develop a strong crew, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced restaurant.

• Prepare and implement action plans for production, productivity, and quality
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Lead in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Roll out new product launches with team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and monitor performance
