Tands Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest service in a hands-on, in-person role in Virginia. You will promote a hospitable culture, open and close the restaurant, and hire/train new staff while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
