Tands Inc. in Sparks, NV is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage daily operations, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding guest service. This full-time role includes 10-hour shifts, day and evening coverage, and hands-on training.

You will recruit and onboard new employees, ensure safety and cleanliness, open and close the restaurant, and drive sales with a motivating compensation plan that includes bonuses and overtime paid weekly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience: Restaurant Management (Preferred)
