Job summary

Tands Inc. is hiring for a full-time restaurant leadership role in Hopewell, VA. You will lead a team, promote hospitality, and ensure smooth opening/closing operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Training and onboarding new staff are key parts of the job, with opportunities to grow sales and earn bonuses.

Applicants should have 1-2 years of management experience and a valid driver's license. Expect a 10-hour day shift with overtime and weekly pay. In-person work location required.
