Job summary

Tands Inc. seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead a team and deliver hospitable guest service in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time role opens and closes the restaurant, trains new employees, and maintains a safe, clean work environment.

Salary range is $16.00–$20.00 per hour with overtime, weekly pay, and a $3,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include employer-paid insurance, up to 6 weeks paid vacation, a 401(k) match, a strong bonus program, an eight-week training program, and a $2,500

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
