The Restaurant Manager will identify 5-Star talent and optimize staffing through effective scheduling. With support from a General Manager (GM) or District Manager (DM), they will manage daily operations and staff, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, laws, and ethical practices. The role involves leading, interviewing, selecting, training, and developing employees, with a focus on maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
