Job summary

Paylocity in Grandville, MI is seeking a Store Manager to perform and direct overall store management. You will oversee inventory and money control systems, direct staff to maintain food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards.

This role also maintains restaurant safety and security, recruits staff and oversees training, and supports local marketing initiatives. Exceptional customer service is a major component of the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a QSR environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system and manage cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
• Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination; conducts staff evaluations.
• Communicates changes of recipes or standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health, food safety, and company safety policies are followed.
