Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of QSR supervisory experience with staff training.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates work and handles personnel decisions.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health, safety, and security codes are maintained per policy.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
