Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years in QSR environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of 4 to 12; evaluates and may promote or terminate.
• Communicates changes to food preparation formulas and standards.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with health and food safety codes and company safety policies.
• Identifies prospective customers to promote sales.
