Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a store manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Michigan. You will direct inventory and cash control, lead staff, ensure food safety, cleanliness and security, and recruit/train team members. You’ll also help promote local marketing initiatives and maintain business records.

Exceptional customer service is a major component of this role, with emphasis on safety compliance and accurate scheduling. This position requires 40–50 hours weekly and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in QSR; supervise and train staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical: ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk.
• 40–50 hour work week; on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates work and handles promotions/terminations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with health, food safety codes and company safety policies.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
