Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Associate to uphold interior and exterior cleanliness and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will join a team that emphasizes training, growth, and delivering great guest experiences across a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, sanitation, exterior upkeep, and preventative maintenance tasks, with support for logs, safety inspections, and adherence to PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain productive throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures (training provided).
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including under equipment.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment and report issues.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete maintenance logs and required documentation.
