McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to assist with interior and exterior cleanliness and to keep restaurant equipment in good working order. You will be part of the maintenance team supporting various tasks across the restaurant environment.

The role emphasizes daily cleaning, basic repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient operations to help deliver quality service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or facilities upkeep is preferred.
• Ability to perform daily cleaning and basic repairs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
