Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a reliable Maintenance Crew Member to keep our restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role supports management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness, equipment, and orderly facilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform daily cleaning across dining, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas, assist with deliveries, and carry out preventive maintenance such as changing lightbulbs and cleaning HVAC units. Training and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or cleaning preferred.
• Able to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Willing to perform physical tasks and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas
• Ensure floors, windows, equipment, and surfaces are clean and well-maintained
• Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and properly storing supplies twice weekly
• Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Support the team by completing maintenance tasks as needed
• Filter oil fryers daily
• Removing garbage throughout the shift
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (change lightbulbs, clean HVAC/Exhaust units and keep roof free of debris)
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
